Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to a scheduled pickup. If a deposit has been issued, you will be fully refunded provided you comply with the cancellation terms. *Please note that deposits are NOT refundable should you accept packing supplies provided by us. In these circumstances, deposits will not be refunded even when all cancellation terms are met.We reserve the same cancellation rights.
Reschedule: If a date requires to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate you provided there is availability. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to a scheduled pick up. Please include your reference number on all documents faxed or emailed mailed to our processing department.
